We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your pre-order. Our goal is to provide you with a simple and hassle-free refund process.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the product is shipped, you may do so by contacting our customer service team. We will issue a full refund of the pre-order price to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you cancel your pre-order after the product has been shipped, we can not offer you a full refund.

Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays or product cancellations, we may need to cancel your pre-order. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

We reserve the right to update or modify our refund policy for pre-orders at any time without prior notice. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to our refund policy.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
