So I’ve never personally had a workshop that focused primarily on self care and establishing a sense of community. At first, I felt a bit intimidated only because I’ve never done something like that, but Bryana did a wonderful job at creating a safe space for us to talk about things. The workout portion was a good way to get our hearts pumping and bodies active, and the initial ice breaker was a good way to introduce ourselves and be welcoming to others. I really liked the second half of the event where we talked about things like breaking generational curses and reevaluating how we take care of ourselves and why. I learned a lot while I was there, and left with a better sense of what I can do to make sure my mental health was better taken care of especially as seasonal depression rolls around. It was a great experience, truly, and it’s nice to know there is a company that tends to these things that are in people’s realities. 💜

The workshop was a very fun, uplifting, and informative experience. The light workout circuit was a great way to get the blood pumping and the refreshments were better than what most places offer. The most helpful part to me was everyone in the group discussing our relationships to self care, its importance, and how we can improve our self care routines in our lives.
