What you'll do

If you’re interested in making self-care into a daily habit and having the support needed to make it a conscious decision, give this workshop a try! It’s a chance for women to come together, learn, grow and share experiences to unleash the best version of themselves.

In this workshop, you will experience different self-care based activities, a mini workout, group discussions, and more. Activities will vary based on the workshop theme. 

Whether you’re looking for community, personal development, or just something fun to try this weekend, this self-care workshop is a great option. Come meet like-minded women and embark on a journey of self-discovery with others!

A folder with workshop materials/activities. As well as a  complimentary gift from us to you.

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothing for exercising in. You can also bring a small bag for what you’ll receive from us. We suggest bringing an ipad or tablet if you like to take notes digitally.

This workshop is exclusively designed for women who are eager to make self-care a priority and are ready to embrace positive change in their lives. All ages and backgrounds are welcome.

So I’ve never personally had a workshop that focused primarily on self care and establishing a sense of community. At first, I felt a bit intimidated only because I’ve never done something like that, but Bryana did a wonderful job at creating a safe space for us to talk about things. The workout portion was a good way to get our hearts pumping and bodies active, and the initial ice breaker was a good way to introduce ourselves and be welcoming to others. I really liked the second half of the event where we talked about things like breaking generational curses and reevaluating how we take care of ourselves and why. I learned a lot while I was there, and left with a better sense of what I can do to make sure my mental health was better taken care of especially as seasonal depression rolls around. It was a great experience, truly, and it’s nice to know there is a company that tends to these things that are in people’s realities. 💜

The workshop was a very fun, uplifting, and informative experience. The light workout circuit was a great way to get the blood pumping and the refreshments were better than what most places offer. The most helpful part to me was everyone in the group discussing our relationships to self care, its importance, and how we can improve our self care routines in our lives. This was definitely a great, collaborative environment and it exposed me to new ideas.
